White-label portfolio management for advisory firms
Your brand. Your models. Our engine.
THOR PM is the white-label portfolio management platform from THOR Financial Technologies. Your firm gets its own branded instance — your logo, your colors, a login page for your team — to build rules-based models, import your current book, monitor signals through an approval queue with a full audit trail, and hand clients institutional fact sheets under your name.

01/Design the model
The platform proposes. You approve.
Start by designing a model and proving it. Nothing trades itself — every track feeds one approval queue, and every decision, approved, rejected, or overridden, is on the record. Then you run real client accounts against that model.
01 — Build
Pick curated building blocks — or any US-listed stock or ETF — choose one of five approaches, and press Build. A real backtest comes back before anything is created.
Backtest + client story on Build
02 — Monitor
Nightly scans watch signals, drift, the rebalance calendar, and your tax lots against adjusted closes. Anything actionable lands in the queue.

03 — Approve
One queue for everything. Every proposal arrives with weight diffs and rationale. Approve it, or don’t — nothing trades itself.
RATIONALE: XLK 12-1 momentum rank 2/11; XLE below rule threshold
04 — Document
Versions, overrides, and an append-only audit log behind every decision. Client-ready fact sheets on demand.
Versioned · exportable · immutable
02/Construction tracks
Five ways to run a portfolio.
Every track is a set of rules you can read and defend, over any US-listed stock or ETF. Pick one per model; THOR PM enforces it, shows its work, and your clients see it under your firm's brand.
You set target weights; the model rebalances on your calendar and when a position drifts off its target.
- ·Target drift bands ±1–8%
- ·Monthly / quarterly / annual calendar
- ·No-trade-band rebalancing
Let the math build it: a risk-targeted mean-variance solver finds the weights for your universe and mandate.
- ·Risk-targeted mean-variance solver
- ·Noise-aware estimation — tempers shaky inputs
- ·Re-solves at every rebalance
Transparent moving-average / momentum rules flip positions risk-on and risk-off daily.
- ·Moving-average and momentum rules you can read
- ·Daily risk-on / risk-off evaluation
- ·Every flip lands in the approval queue
Support/resistance levels from swing pivots gate each position in or out.
- ·Support / resistance from swing pivots
- ·Level breaks gate positions in or out
- ·Levels visible on Charts
An institutional signal engine watches every position daily — volatility-tuned to each ticker — and steps positions to cash when the trend breaks.
- ·Signal engine tuned to each ticker’s volatility
- ·Steps to cash when the trend breaks
- ·Every move lands in the approval queue
The Optimized track is a risk-targeted mean-variance optimizer with noise-aware estimation — it tempers the shakiest inputs so it aims not to chase estimation error.
03/Run the book
A model is the target. An account is what a client holds.
Import your current book, assign a model to each real client account, and THOR PM tracks the account against it — positions in actual shares and dollars, drift measured off live prices, and rebalance trades computed to the share. Every step lands in the same approval queue and on the same record.

You hand the file to your custodian and place the trades
A custodian-ready trade file you execute
Approved rebalances become dollar-and-share orders, grouped by batch across the household, exported as a CSV or FIX file. You hand it to your custodian and place the trades. THOR PM does not connect to a custodian to trade, and it never pretends to.
01—Import or connect
Connect a direct nightly feed from your custodian — Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or Altruist — on your firm’s own credentials, and positions refresh every night. A custodial CSV export is the manual fallback.
02—Assign a model
Point each account at one of your models. Taxable, IRA, Roth, trust, or joint — the model is the target the account is measured against.
03—We watch real drift
As markets move, the account’s live weights pull away from the model. THOR PM reprices nightly and flags every account past its drift band.
04—Approve the rebalance
THOR PM computes the buy/sell shares to bring the account back — cash-aware, tax-lot-aware, and wash-safe across the household — and routes it through the same approval queue.
05—Export the trade file
Approved orders become a custodian-ready CSV or FIX file. You hand it to your custodian and place the trades. THOR PM does not route or execute orders.
Getting data in: a direct nightly download from your custodian — Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or Altruist — on your firm’s own credentials, with a custodial CSV import as the manual fallback. Getting trades out: THOR PM produces the file — you place the trades at your custodian.
04/Compliance · books & records
When the examiner asks, hand them the whole decision trail.
THOR PM already keeps an immutable record of everything the platform does. The compliance layer turns that record into an examiner-ready books-and-records file — the thesis, the versions, every proposal and approval, the trades, and the liquidity profile, assembled for a scope and a date range and exported in one click.

One trail, every event, in order
Theses, versions, proposals, approvals, trades, exports, overrides, and liquidity reviews, merged into one filterable record for the scope you pick. Read-only, timestamped, and append-only at the database — nobody edits history after the fact.

Contents
Cover states: books-and-records export under SEC Rule 204-2, drawn from append-only source records. Not legal advice; THOR PM does not file with the SEC.
A packet you can hand an examiner
Pick a client, an account, a portfolio, or the whole book and a date range, and get a paginated, print-clean PDF plus a CSV/JSON bundle — framed as a books-and-records file under SEC Rule 204-2, with a tamper-evidence note because the source records are append-only. Every export is itself logged.
01—Every decision on the record
Portfolio construction and every version, the thesis and construction rationale you write, every proposal with its reasoning, who approved it and when, every trade and export, and overrides — all timestamped, one chronological trail.
02—Tamper-evident by construction
The audit trail and your compliance records are append-only, enforced at the database. Once a record is written it cannot be edited or deleted after the fact — the file is what happened, in the order it happened.
03—A liquidity profile you can save
A per-holding liquidity classification computed from real trading volume, and a portfolio liquidity profile, savable as a compliance record. It is a data-driven estimate from volume, not an official 22e-4 determination.
04—One-click examiner export
Choose a scope — a client, an account, a portfolio, or the whole book — and a date range, and export a complete, paginated packet: a print-ready PDF plus a machine-readable CSV/JSON bundle, as a books-and-records file under SEC Rule 204-2. Performance shown net of the model fee, the way the SEC Marketing Rule requires.
The boundary: THOR PM organizes and exports your own records and produces an exam-ready file. It does not give legal advice, does not guarantee compliance, and does not itself file with the SEC. The liquidity classification is a data-driven estimate from trading volume, not an official 22e-4 determination. You review the file, and you hand it to the examiner.
05/Evidence
Every portfolio ships with its evidence.
One Build button runs a real backtest before anything is created — and every live portfolio carries a full risk panel. Nothing leaves the wizard without its numbers.
Growth of $100,000 · 6 years · hypothetical
Over the tested 6.0 years this portfolio compounded at 13.4% a year with a worst peak-to-valley decline of 18.2% — against 12.1% and a 24.5% decline for the S&P 500.
It did that with less day-to-day swing — 14.1% volatility versus 17.8% for the S&P 500.
Verdict + client story auto-written from the returned numbers
Illustrative example. Backtested, hypothetical performance is not an actual track record; past performance does not guarantee future results.
A real backtest, not a projection
Growth of $100k against your benchmark, a drawdown comparison, and a verdict written in plain English from the numbers the engine actually returned — followed by an auto-written client story you can read out loud. Short histories are labeled honestly.

06/Tax Center
Losses are an asset. Manage them like one.
The platform scans your lots nightly and surfaces harvests that actually clear the bar — then routes them through the same approval queue as everything else.
Wash-sale awareness, household-wide
Every candidate is checked against the 61-day window across the whole household — not just the account holding the lot.
An economics gate, not a loss printer
A harvest is only proposed when the after-cost benefit is real: estimated tax savings net of spreads and replacement drift.
Replacement selection
Exposure stays on. The platform proposes a replacement that keeps the mandate intact while the wash-sale clock runs.
IRS netting economics
Short-term against short-term first, long-term against long-term, then across — the benefit estimate follows the actual netting waterfall.
You execute at the custodian
THOR PM proposes the harvest and records your decision. The trade itself is placed at your custodian — no order routing, no pretending otherwise.
THOR PM surfaces harvest candidates; it does not provide tax advice.

10/Questions
Straight answers.
What THOR PM does, where it stops, and how it fits the way your firm already runs money.
What is THOR PM?
THOR PM is the white-label portfolio management platform from THOR Financial Technologies. Advisory firms get their own branded instance of the platform: you build rules-based models over any US-listed stock or ETF, run real client accounts against them, monitor signals through an approval queue, rebalance a drifted book to a custodian-ready trade file, harvest tax losses, and report performance under your own brand — with every decision written to an append-only record you can export for an examiner.
What does white-label mean here?
Your firm gets its own instance of the platform carrying your identity: your logo, your colors, and a branded login page for your team. Client-facing output — performance reporting and institutional fact sheets — carries your firm’s name, not THOR PM’s. Your clients and your team see your brand; THOR Financial Technologies runs the engine underneath.
Who is it for?
Advisory firms that build and run their own models — independent RIAs, broker-dealer representatives, hybrids, and enterprise teams, from solo practitioners to larger firms. It gives your firm institutional-grade construction, rebalancing, tax management, and a books-and-records compliance trail under your own brand. It is not a robo-adviser and it does not manage money for you; you make every investment decision.
What are the five construction approaches?
Every portfolio uses one of five tracks. Strategic: you set target weights and rebalance on a calendar and on drift bands. Optimized: a risk-targeted mean-variance solver with noise-aware estimation finds the weights. Momentum: transparent moving-average and momentum rules flip positions risk-on and risk-off. Technical: support and resistance levels from swing pivots gate positions in or out. Adaptive: a volatility-tuned signal engine steps positions to cash when the trend breaks. Every rule is one you can read and defend, and every move lands in the approval queue.
Does it connect to custodians and place trades?
THOR PM pulls your positions with a direct nightly download straight from your custodian — Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or Altruist — on your firm’s own credentials, with a custodial CSV export as a manual fallback. It exports approved rebalances as a custodian-ready CSV or FIX trade file. You hand that file to your custodian and place the trades yourself. THOR PM does not route or execute orders, and it never pretends to.
How does it help with SEC and FINRA compliance?
The platform keeps an append-only, timestamped record of everything it does — theses, portfolio versions, proposals, approvals, trades, exports, overrides, and liquidity reviews. For any scope and date range you can export a complete, paginated books-and-records file (a print-ready PDF plus a CSV/JSON bundle) framed under SEC Rule 204-2, with performance shown net of fees. It organizes and exports your own records; it does not give legal advice, guarantee compliance, or file with the SEC.
Does it do tax-loss harvesting?
Yes. The Tax Center scans your lots nightly and surfaces harvest candidates that clear an economics gate — estimated tax savings net of spreads and replacement drift — with household-wide wash-sale checking across the 61-day window, IRS netting economics, and a replacement that keeps the mandate intact. It proposes the harvest and records your decision; you place the trade at your custodian. It is not tax advice.
What analytics and reporting come with a portfolio?
Every portfolio ships with its evidence: an integrated backtest (growth of $100k versus a benchmark, drawdown comparison, and a plain-English verdict), a risk panel with a 1–99 risk score, volatility, Sharpe, Sortino, VaR, and historical stress tests, plus institutional fact sheets under your firm’s brand and the SuperCharts workbench from 1-minute bars to monthly. Backtested and short-history performance is labeled as hypothetical; past performance does not guarantee future results.
Who is behind THOR PM?
THOR PM is a THOR Financial Technologies platform. THOR Financial Technologies is a systematic investment technology firm; THOR PM is the white-label delivery of its portfolio management engine for advisory firms.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is by appointment and quoted per firm — basis points on the models you run, scoped to your book. Request access and we’ll schedule a conversation. A note on the in-app fee tools: the advisory billing feature previews the quarterly fee you would charge a household; it does not debit fees or file with your custodian.
